How will my private information be used?

As part of our efforts to comply with anti-money laundering laws (AML), we need to ask for some of your personal details, like your name and location. We take your privacy very seriously, and your information is completely confidential. We are committed to protecting our customers’ Personal Information and being compliant with all data protection laws, including the Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Yumi won't share it with any third parties without your explicit consent. Once the KYC is completed for an individual, the buyer does not need to comply with KYC again for future sales on Yumi.

How long will my personal data be stored?

Your personal data is stored and processed by Onfido (https://www.onfido.com/)

How is it processed and protected?

The data will be erased as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

Do I have the option to delete my personal data?

We want to emphasize that you are in charge of your personal data. If you want to modify, delete, or review your personal data, you can contact us on Discord or write to us at support@Yumi.io anytime. Our team will assist you with your requests to the extent allowed by relevant laws.
